One of the basic things I had to understand as a growing child up until Womanhood was the importance of healthcare. Women are invariably seen as goddesses; but the truth is, it takes bravery to be in Her shoes! Statistically, almost 5 million Women in childbearing years, including 40% in the Sub Saharan Africa suffer severe reproductive issues, as well as Hormonal imbalance, Immune deficiency, Pregnancy, and Menstrual complications. It is sincerely outrageous how common this is, and the ordeals that accompany these complications are inexplicable.
Feminine health awareness is paramount for both growing Girls and adult Women. Hence, there must be a conscious supervision of how Women take care of their bodies internally and externally. Asides Water which is the first and most important natural supplement; raw fruits and vegetables, as well as multivitamins augment.

The desire for healthier skin with the luscious feminine glow by using exorbitant Skincare products is as true as Sunlight. Contrarily, daily intake of natural supplements precede the best Skincare products ever. We should also never forget that beauty radiates inside-out. I had to digress a little to add that.

Certainly, being able to acquire these vitamin supplements could be a hassle sometimes. Considering Women in impoverished and rural areas, planted fruits and vegetables, more than suffice. The aim is to get the message and heed accordingly.
Ordinarily, it is advised to visit gynecologists every now and then to be sure of what is going on. Regardless, daily healthy nutrients ease off abnormalities or complications during child bearing years. The avoidance of this has placed several Women in dilemmas.
P:S: I have no idea about being a gynecologist or anything of the sort. However, I can actually fathom the excessive and rampant battles with hormonal imbalances that may lead to one issue or the other if not managed properly, and in time too. It’s safe to say prevention is always better than cure. We do not want challenges in appropriate times of conception, only to discover that they could have been critically dealt with.
For further enlightenment, you can always consult with a General Practitioner for routine check-ups and counseling. This will facilitate more awareness for ourselves and other Women in the long run.
On a final note, personal hygiene, ensuring sexual safety with your partner (if any), de-stress in conjunction with taking in the right meals/supplements, is always the best bet. The former statement may go without saying, but let’s just see it as a gentle reminder.
Please Ladies, if there has been some form of ignorance on our paths, now is the time to change our stance. We all strive for a better and healthier living entirely.
